Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to receive, qualify and answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by you and legitimate interests in managing professional enquiries.
Recipients and hosting
Data is accessible to authorised SGE staff and technical providers required to run the site. D1 stores structured enquiries and R2 stores uploaded files.
Retention
An enquiry that does not become a contract is retained for no more than three years from collection or the last contact, unless deletion is requested or another legal obligation applies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object where the legal conditions apply. You may also submit a complaint to the CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising tracker. The hosting platform produces technical and aggregate traffic statistics. Any future tool requiring consent will be accompanied by the appropriate mechanism.
